We began 26 years ago when we presented the delightful old fashioned melodrama

“Wedded But No Wife” in Rochester, Michigan.  Only a few people were involved back in those days, but the membership has grown to over 100 members and supporters.  We continue to attract audiences from Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties.

 

 

Catch A Tune

We generally prefer folks who have passed their 50th birthday, but our active stage people range in age from their fifties to their eighties and a couple who have passed their 90th birthday.  But age is only a number to us; it’s what is in your heart that counts.

We need singers, actors, and dancers; in addition to backstage people and people with sound and lighting experience.  Lots of great parts both large and small.  We welcome new faces to our cast.

Over the years, we have presented great Broadway shows, including “Arsenic and Old Lace”, “70 Girls 70”, “Anything Goes”, “Lil’ Abner”, “Mame”, “Sugar”, “South Pacific”, “Pajama Game”, “Guys and Dolls”, “Oklahoma!”, “Hello, Dolly!”, “Carousel” and musical variety shows.

 

We plan two major shows a year—a Broadway musical in the spring and a musical variety show in the fall at the Warren Community Center Theatre.  Throughout the year we perform mini shows.

As a nonprofit self supporting Federal 501(c) 3 we support ourselves by ticket sales, membership and our Angel Program in order to continue to bring great shows to our audiences.

 

By becoming a member for $20.00, you will receive the following:
